Yes, in spite of the fact that Pakistani grooming gangs did commit the crimes, the issue of organised child sexual abuse is much broader and is not limited to a
particular ethnicity. Not to even mention it was allowed to happen by the state!
Btw here are the stats from Crown Prosecution Service showing annual figures of rape crime related prosecutions. It shows that Muslims aren’t the top rapist ethnicity: https://www.cps.gov.uk/sites/default/files/documents/foi-releases/12067%20DATA.xlsx
